Using the Portable K92

The portableK92 comes with an adjustable strap making it easy to carry. The strap should be worn diagonally across one shoulder.

Using the K92

When required, remove the end cap, (see pic. 1), unclip the K92 from the strap (you may wish to clip your lead to the carry strap at this point) and assemble the K92 handle by screwing together.

Now fully push the handle inwards to extend the 'gripper' (see pic. 2). Open a disposable bag and while holding the bag handles, place the K92 inside it (see pic. 3). Using your fingers gently push the bottom of the bag against the centre of the 'gripper' (the plastic washer) until about 2cm of bag rolls inside (see pic. 4).

Place the opening of the 'gripper' (with bag over it) vertically on the poop to be collected. Simultaneously push down on the main body of the K92 whilst slowly pulling up the handle (see pic. 5). It is important to always maintain contact between the bottom of the bag and the poop; the pulling/pushing action collects the poop into the bag. Once the handle has been fully pulled out, lift the device away from the ground (see pic. 6).

Hold the device by the bag handles and tie them with a knot, sealing the bag (see pic. 7). Disassemble the handle and clip the K92 back onto its carry strap. Scrunch the tied handles inside and replace the end cap.

Multiple Poop collection

The K92 can accommodate several areas of poop with one bag. However if there is more poop to be collected, the tied bag may be ejected and a new bag can be used. Once sealed, the tied bags should be placed over each other in the shape of a cross. Grip both bags at the centre of the cross and draw them slowly inside the K92.

Containing and disposing of the Poop

Once the end cap is replaced, the system is totally sealed. When convenient, dispose of the bag(s) into a suitable bin by re-assembling the handle and pushing inwards to extend the "gripper". The bag(s) will automatically be expelled (see pic. 8).
